Terms of Service
These terms govern requests submitted to i2 Towing Ltd. through i2 Roadside. Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate service; every request is reviewed and manually dispatched.
Roadside requests
You confirm that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle and that the pickup location and vehicle information are accurate. Tell dispatch about unsafe conditions, unusual vehicle modifications, locked wheels, cargo or other details that may affect recovery.
Quotes and payment
Displayed prices are estimates before applicable fees and taxes. The dispatcher will confirm the service scope and quote before dispatch whenever practical. Additional labour, mileage, fuel, storage, recovery complexity or changed conditions may change the final amount. Payment is due when the service is completed unless another arrangement is approved.
Cancellation
You may cancel before a driver is dispatched without a service charge. Once a driver has accepted or begun travelling, a callout or reasonable cancellation charge may apply. No-show, inaccessible or unsafe locations may also result in charges.
Safety and availability
Do not use the app while driving. Move to a safe location when possible and call 911 for an immediate threat to life or safety. Weather, road closures, distance, equipment availability and emergency priorities may affect arrival times.
Customer property
Remove valuables when practical. i2 Towing Ltd. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects or loss unrelated to negligent service. Report concerns promptly with photographs and the service-request number.
