• Vehicle details, roadside problem descriptions and uploaded photographs.
• Service history, status events, driver assignment, quotes, payments and receipts.
• Technical information needed for security, diagnostics and notification delivery.

How we use it

We use this information to verify your account, dispatch an appropriate driver, provide ETA and status updates, complete the requested service, process payment, issue receipts, respond to support requests and protect customers, drivers and the business from fraud or misuse.

Location and photographs

Precise location is used for dispatch, routing and live job tracking. Photos are stored privately and are available only to the customer and authorized people participating in the request. Location access is requested only when needed for roadside or driver functions.

Notifications and service providers

When you opt in, we may send operational SMS, push or email updates about your request. We may use vetted providers for hosting, authentication, storage, maps, communications and payments. We do not sell personal information or share mobile information for third-party marketing.

Retention, access and deletion

We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, insurance, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request access, correction or account deletion through the app or our public deletion page. Some transaction records may be retained when legally required.
